Food blogger and home cook Maryam introduces us to the flavours, history and culture of her native Iran. Born in Tehran, she learned to cook from her mother and is passionate about Persian history and its cuisine.

She will guide us through a full year in the Persian kitchen with recipes including Lamb and Aubergine Stew, Baked Fish with Tamarind, and Rosewater Ice Cream with Pistachios. She will be bringing with her some treats to taste.
